Shipping policy

UK delivery

We currently ship to the United Kingdom. Standard delivery is free for our current collection. Any other available delivery options and their charges are shown before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched by our fulfilment partners and may ship from overseas. Please allow up to 30 calendar days from your order for processing and delivery, unless a different timeframe is expressly agreed before purchase. We will contact you if we cannot fulfil your order within this period.

Items may arrive in separate parcels. Tracking information is sent when available after dispatch; tracking updates may take time to appear.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if you need a change; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, contact Northstar with your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.
